Another year quietly settling into memories,…another arriving with hope and faith in its eyes.

Are we celebrating what’s ending,….or the courage it takes to begin again?

This year held many versions of me—

from the stillness of a MahaKumbh eye camp

to my first trek,

to my first solo journey.

A year of saying no more for my sanity,

and finally learning to say yes for it too.

Of reacting less,

and observing more.

What really changes at midnight?

Not life.

Not instantly.

We simply close one Pandora’s box—

full of joy, awe, heartbreak, and surprise—

and open another

with the same fragile optimism

we once dared to trust.

And maybe that’s the quiet miracle—

that despite everything,

we are still here,

still hopeful,

still believing.
