This evening, I stood watching a cluster of evening primrose buds.
And then, almost as if someone had whispered a secret to them, they began to bloom.
One after another…
Petal after petal…
Flower after flower…
Within minutes, an entire patch had awakened.
No applause.
No audience.
No announcement.
Just nature performing one of its countless miracles.
In that moment, I was reminded that however far we humans travel in science, technology, and progress, we are still students before the wisdom of nature.
The ultimate creator does not hurry.
Yet everything unfolds perfectly.
Perhaps we were never meant to conquer nature, but to belong to it.
To live in harmony with it.
To pause long enough to notice the marvels that happen quietly around us every day.
Today, the evening primrose taught me that magic still exists.
It blooms within minutes.
And leaves wonder behind for much longer.
